02 Information collected

The inquiry form collects service needs, expected spend, contact channel and details, workload, and any name, email or country/region you volunteer. Records include submission time, page, language, campaign parameters and consent status. New records use a salted IP hash for security and event analysis; this is pseudonymisation, not anonymisation. Security logs or legacy records may still contain original IP addresses. Messages and redacted bills sent by email or chat may also form part of an inquiry.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, bank-card details, identity documents or unredacted bills. If contracting or compliance checks require more information, its purpose and a secure submission channel should first be explained.

03 Purposes and legal grounds

Current purposes are responding to your inquiry, reviewing models, regions, accounts and payment routes, preventing form abuse, and understanding contact and submission conversion. Quotes and orders are confirmed through human communication; this website does not automatically approve customers or generate binding prices. 04 Cookies, events and external links

Any data transfer required by a cloud, model or managed-service provider must be explained for the actual order route.

06 International processing

The inquiry server is in Singapore. Email, messaging and order-specific providers may process information in other regions. Your location may differ from the server location, and a particular procurement route may introduce additional processing locations.

07 Retention and backups
